Photos do not do justice for this place, appartment exceed out expectations. Everything is clean, well taken care of and you don't have to worry about anything. Hosts are amazing, easy to reach and always there to help you.

This apartment is in a great location. It is an easy walk to most of the historical sites in Palermo and there are many bars and restaurants close by. The area looks a bit gritty but it is a very interesting area and we felt perfectly safe at all times. It is on a narrow street that only has a small amount of traffic. The apartment was very clean and spacious with loads of space for our clothes and there is a washing machine as well.

Street noise at night, especially Saturday night when the local bar didn’t close until nearly 4am.

Very central location and spacious rooms. Easy directions for check in etc.Good provision of kitchen utensils and good recommendations for local restaurants.

It couldn’t be helped there were renovations going on next door or close by so there was noise early morning. We weren’t staying long so not a massive issue for us. When the work is done it will no doubt be fine. There was no information about rubbish disposal or recycling - we felt bad about leaving it all for someone else to deal with.

Spacious, modern, laundry facilities, lots of wardrobe space, good value for money, good location, good communication from the host, clean.

Loud air conditioning, loud construction noise during the day, uncomfortable pillows.

Ideally located for central Palermo and tourist attractions. It is within a few minutes' walk of the airport bus stop on Via Roma. Instructions for self check in very good. Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment finished to a high standard. Contained everything we needed for our stay. It is located on a relatively quiet street - for central Palermo.

Building work on an attached property causing some noise, although sure that will stop in due course.

The flat is amazing, it's big and it has a big living room with a mini balcony. Everything is pretty new in the building and also modern. The couch is comfy and the tv had bunch of channels and streaming services included.

The noise insulation of the flat is extremely bad, every single noise on any direction sounds like inside of the flat. People talking on the street late in the night sound like they were shouting on our living room. The mattress is also rather uncomfortable, first night not able to sleep at all, ended up sleeping at the couch for few hours. The rest was very good in general.

The property location was perfect for exploring the city. The hosts were extremely helpful. This is our second stay here and hopefully there will be a third time!

The appartment is spacious, beautiful and it has everything necessary. It is by far one of the best appartments I've ever been. Appreciated the water upon arrival, in the kitchen there is everything needed to cook and as a woman loved the amenities (which is hard to find in the nicests hotels) and the hairdryer. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the city and all the main attractions are few minutes walking distance. Is just around the corner from Via Maqueda and in area boosting with restaurants and bars. Loved Albas suggestions for the restaurants. Definitely will be back when visiting Palermo. Worth the mention the fact that there is a washing machine which for us staying 5 nights was a definite added value. 5 stars all the way.

Comfortable, modern 1st floor apartment with elevator, in great, safe location, 2 minutes from the Airport bus stop on Via Roma & 3 minutes walk to Via Maqueda. We had cold weather so appreciated the central heating. Apartment also had full air conditioning for summer months. Excellent well equipped kitchen, with American size fridge/freezer & small but very functional shower room.

Mattress was a little too firm for us, but that is a personal preference.
