Chalet Mountain Plaza - Apt Garden

We had the garden apartment which was perfect for our needs. It was neat and clean, with a great shower and a fully equipped kitchen, that we used a lot. The apartment is heated from the floor which is super! We didn’t need to use the fire place at all. They let us store the ski equipment in the engines room which was also perfect. Roberta is super kind and always available, thank you Roberta! Location is 2 min (by car) from the big coop (supermarket store), and 4 min (by car) from Pinzolo lift.

The location is very nice, close to a beautiful park and a river.

We arrived late in the evening and unfortunately it was very cold in the whole apartment. We reported it straight away, but the staff maintained, that "the temperature was right enough", we were not offered any help, and when asked if we could light up the stove, we were told it is forbidden because it can cause overheating the whole house. The temperature rose a little after two days, but the kitchen and half of the living room remained cold, as the heating does not work there. Big minus for mold in the fridge. The customer service, after our request, tried to remove it, but unfortunately inaccurately, because the cleaning was done with water only. There was no light over the kitchen appliances, it was so dark that it was hardly possible to use them, there was also no electric kettle, so we boiled water for tea in pots... Wi-Fi was only available in one part of the apartment. In the end, one day before our checkout, the whole booking reservation was canceled by the owner without our permission to do so. Fortunately, after many requests, we managed to restore it through booking.com customer service. We are not satisfied at all, especially since we paid almost EUR 3.100 for 3 people for only 7 nights.
