CASA VERDE di Giorgio 10 mins walk from Piraeus port

Giorgio a fost foarte comunicativ, locația foarte centrală, aproape de metroul care duce către Atena și aeroport, destul de aproape și de feriboturile care merg spre Aeghina.

Atenție la apa caldă de la duș, este opărită, să o porniți cu mare grijă. In rest mai multă curățenie dacă se poate și frigiderul sa fie lăsat și pentru utilitatea celor care închiriază, nu doar ca bar. In rest este ok, poate vom mai reveni.

Great location, easy to reach the port and the seaside, and supermarket.. close to the Metro. Clean and spacious.

Maybe a little noisy since it is close to the street during the night.

bad ist neu, der rest ist abgewohnt, eintrag auf der booking-karte ist falsch - rechtzeitig standort vom vermieter schicken lassen!

ok for an practical overnight stay for the central, safe location (but note the ferry arrival/departure point is not really designed for "walking to" any ways, unless you are hardcore backpacker). Pireaus accommondations seems generally more expensive and less good than Athens city, so unless for absolute necessary reason to be near the ferry, recommend just staying there which is affordable and easy to reach on taxi.

Don't recommend if you intend to spend time at the apartment to "enjoy the place", it is more a basic, ultilitarian place.

Very good for one night stay between ferry and flight. Little tricky to find but Giorgio's instructions were very clear.

Sofa bed was ok for one person but wouldn't have been comfortable for a couple. Because it was an apartment rather than a hotel (I didn't actually realise that when I booked) it wasn't possible to leave our luggage before our late flight (though we did find fairly convenient luggage lockers nearby).

Close and convenient walk to Piraeus.
