The location is good - a less than 20 min walk to the centre of old town. The terrace is large, and has a lovely evening view over the rooftops. There is only a little noise from the downstairs bars, and the apartment is quite private. The host supplied dish washing liquid and clothes detergent.

The apartment is very small - would have been unusable without the terrace. The small living area is overfull of furniture - a very large armchair and a creaky chaise longue, with a small coffee table. It would have been better to have 2 smaller chairs and allow more floorspace. The fittings are all a little tired. There is a lack of kitchen equipment, which would be expected in an apartment with kitchenette. Having said that, the kettle, coffee maker and microwave all worked fine. We are travelling around Europe for a year, so need the apartments to be homely where possible. I strongly suggest hosts stay in their apartments for at least a week a year to properly understand what needs to be updated / replaced / rethought.

Helpful host. Well-equipped, clean, tastefully decorated, nice smelling room awaited us <3. Huge terrace with a great view. Located in the old town, everything is close by.

Lovely cozy place to stay in San Julian neighborhood ( more local crowd) of Seville. The building was fantastic with small elevator and few very local and authentic restaurants right below. The place is very charming with gorgeous Spanish ceilings. The bed was so comfortable with memory mattress and very comfortable bedding. The WiFi was fantastic and always working. The owner was ready to help with any problems. Of course the star of the apartment is the terrace. Just incredible views and nice for afternoon sun bathing ( was January) or eating breakfast or afternoon wine. I can totally recommend this place and will book again when in Seville.

We had a fantastic stay at the Atico Apartment in San Julian. The apartment is fairly compact, however plenty of places for storage. Very well equipped, nicely decorated and bright and airy. However the real star is the patio, it is huge and just lovely for sitting out to enjoy food and drinks. There is even a shower which is great for cooling off after a long day exploring Sevillle. It really does make the apartment very special. The area itself is quiet but with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets as little as a 5 min walk away. There is also a lift which is handy being 3 floors up. The hosts were also extremely kind and helpful. Seville itself is fantastic, we just wish we could have stayed longer! So much to see. I would not hesitate to rebook this amazing property, hopefully in the near future.

Great appartment in a nice neighborhood. Beautiful terrace with great view. Very functional and clean space inside.

Although the neighborhood was cute, it was a bit far from most tourist attractions (about 20 minute walk)

Good location

The terrace was awesome and very big! The apartment is a bit small but completely enough for two people. We liked the neighborhood and it was on a walking distance from everywhere. If we come back to Seville, we will try to book it again.
