Lovely apartment and great location!

It was a good location quite near the old city (walking distance) with a private parking space which is crucial in Palermo if you rented a car. The kitchen was big and functional with free coffee. The bedroom is very nice with good A/C. There is Netflix, Amazon etc available to guests for free in the living room. 2 bottles of mineral water as welcome was a very nice touch. The neighborhood is good with a number of shops, bakeries and cafes nearby.

The majority of the apartament pictures (dominant in the picture gallery), incl. the profile pic and especially the bathroom are from a second apartment that is much more modern and functional. The apartment we stayed at has the crazies architectural plan we ever seen and bathroom is very dated with a shower that is very tight and small even if you're an avarage sized person. The living room is big and pretty but there is no A/C there and during scirocco we suffered from heat. The worse part though (which was not due proprietor's fault) was that we were woken up 3 days in a row at 8am by a horrific noise from the workers using industrial drill to cut through the walls of the building.

Location is amazing, in the best neighbourhood of Palermo, near the biggest street. Perfect for a girls trip or families. 5 min from the apartment in the only store that works 24/7. Besides that apartment is very big, with everything you could possibly need. You dont need to worry about anything. The owner is very kind and always available and ready to help at any time. If you are ariving later it is possible to check in later then said. All in all we were very happy and when we return to Palermo, it is 100% sure that we will rent the same apartment.

There wasnt one thing that we didnt like. I would recommend it to everyone.

location and facilities

The host waited for us with the keys even though we arrived a little later and showed us where we have the parking spaces. The apartment is large, clean and bright and the area is quite quiet. A welcoming host to whom I would gladly go again anytime.
