L' appartamento è molto luminoso, pulito, accogliente e confortevole, con un grazioso terrazzino. La posizione strategica servita da autobus e a circa una decina di minuti dalla stazione Lolli, ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto più agile sia per una passeggiata nel centro che per raggiungere località di mare fuori Palermo. Gestione molto disponibile e cortese.

The location of the appartment is good near the center of the city. Everything was perfect and we enjoy our state in Palermo.

Spacious, well equipped, bright apartment with terrace. Washing machine, dishwasher. Great location, all attractions within walking distance, 8 min to the train station to the airport. There are several large supermarkets and markets nearby. Additionally I would like to mention the design and comfortable mattresses. Laura, the owner, provided us with a free late check out option. There is a coffee machine and trash separation.

So short stay =)

While there are some positives to say about this accommodation, they cannot excuse the fact that the Host over-charged me 210Euros for a 7-night stay. I booked and paid in full for a two-bedroom apartment for two people. A few days before I was due to arrive, the Host demanded an extra 210Euros for the second bedroom. This is over 1/3 more than the advertised cost. The Host wrote I was ‘not nice’ for questioning this extra charge. They also said no one had questioned this extra charge before, thus implying I was being unreasonable. The Host also said I had failed to read the terms and conditions properly. I kept telling them I booked the accommodation on the UK version of the Booking.com website which did not mention this extra charge. They then sent me screen prints and videos of the Italian version of the booking.com highlighting a caveat about this extra charge written in Italian. I told them this wasn’t on the UK version of the website. They said the UK and Italian versions of the website were the same so I must be mistaken. I then sent them video evidence that there was no such caveat about an extra charge for the second bedroom on the UK website. I expected an apology in reply but instead they still demanded the extra payment. I reported this to Booking.com Customer Services who told me the Host should not be charging extra. Customer Services tried to contact the Host on four separate occasions, but the Host did not respond. It was too late for me to cancel and with just one day before I was due to arrive, I had no choice to pay the extra charge. Fortunately, Booking.com have now agreed to refund me and told me they will recover the cost from the Host. Because the Host cheated me out of 210Euros, I am sorry to say I cannot bring myself to now praise them for any of the positive attributes about this accommodation.

good location near restaurants and main area. air conditioning was great in bedrooms and kitchen. little noise so seems to be soundproofed. the terrace was a bonus for few drinks. could WhatsApp agent if needed

A few Italian TV channels and main TV didn't work. but not end of world. a kettle for tea would have been ideal

Location and value were really great. Clean and had everything I needed.

Nice, big apartment, comfortables beds, little cute terrace. We received very good information how to enter the apartment.
