La pulizia da migliorare. L'appartamento è freddo ma c'è a disposizione una stufetta elettrica extra per riscaldarlo (oltre alla pompa di calore che scalda molto lentamente)

The only good thing about the property is its location. Right in the center, close to touristic areas and bus stops. There's also a little supermarket next door as well.

The check-in process it not very nice as you have to send an ID picture that is taken in front of house. As it's kind of a shady neighborhood, it's not that great to wait there in the dark alley when you come in the evening. The host was very responsive with the instructions after that, though. The apartment didn't have wifi which was needed for working and after following up with the host multiple days about it, there was no action taken. After 4 days of no wifi, I contacted Booking Support, after which the host wanted to enter the apartment by himself to bring a new router, when I clearly said that I'm not at home and it's not okay to come. He only changed his mind when we called him and threatened with police. After that type of behavior, we had a weird feeling for the remaining 2.5 weeks we stayed there. The place is called "luxury apartments", but there is nothing luxury about them. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, the glass table was extremely unstable and dangerous, the shower door didn't close and was massively leaking, causing a slipping risk as well.
