The location was great and very central. Good communication with staff but no action on complaints

The wifi was virtually non existent. We complained but no action was taken. We were given 4 pillows but only 2 had pillowslips. Again complained but nothing happened. Cutlery was mismatched and chipped. We were given an old and very used sponge to clean dishes with. Mattress protector was filthy. Apartment was tired looking

Alcuni particolari della stanza molto cadenti, basterebbe qualche accorgimento in più per renderla al top.

La struttura si trova in centro, veramente a pochi minuti a piedi. La struttura è organizzata nel migliore dei modi.

Quando esci devi necessariamente scollegare la chiave e quindi staccare la corrente dell’intero appartamento, non si può nemmeno lasciare un telefono a caricare. Purtroppo l’ultima sera è caduto il quadro sul letto e ha cosparso l’appartamento di polvere, peccato che io sia allergica.

Не хватало многих мелочей. Из туалетных принадлежностей только два маленьких саше геля на человека на пять дней. Мыло для рук на самом дне пустого диспенсера. На кухне - пустые банки из-под кофе и совсем немного растительного масла. Не было чайника (летом он не нужен, но в холодное время года совсем не лишний). Также не было зеркала в полный рост, только маленькое в ванной. Это всё мелочи, но они тоже важны.

It’s was good. Good location. Very friendly stuff. Easy to find. Clean and close to all places in Palermo. It will be better if check out be until 12 pm. Now it’s too early.

Bathroom needs to be fixed. The water leak out of the bathroom to the kitchen. Shower place don’t have a light.

The location is a key here, excellent. Great communication over WhatsApp. Calm and quiet inside. Easy self check in.

Looks better on photos. Kitchen very very basic. The shower and floor could be cleaner.

Next to the centre , bar and restaurant , The size of the room is so big, clean , bed comfortable , also kitchen and every things you can cook
