In GG Palace

Location. Near is shop and bakery. Cathedral is 10 minutes by walk. The flat have balkon. Air conditioning is ok.

Shower cubicle is sinking. Shower panel is broken. Insolation is not good. Standard is not great.

Very big apartament in very nice localisation, walking distance to every attraction. Clean, specious well equipped.

A curtain near the bathtub would help, but it's just me being very picky. In one room it can be loud in the morning because of the street traffic but it's the problem everywhere in Palermo

This is the first ever bad review I have ever written! The room doesn't look like the pictures. It's dark, the furniture is old and very dirty. There is mould in the corners. The shower was completely broken, the shower holder had snapped off so the shower head was laying on the floor. The whole apartment needs a massive updating. It was not our expectations at all. We Whatsapped the owners to request to leave the next day instead of staying the full amount of days we had booked. The owners refused and kept our money. Clearly just want our money and not interested in giving good service or being understanding. We were very polite in explaining it wasn't what we expected and could have left on good terms, we left the apartment after the first night, they kept all our money for the remaining nights. Terrible hosts. Really disappointed.
