Great location! If arriving from the station, it's easy to take a tram to within 5 minutes walk of the place Sparkling clean with good quality bedding. We were grateful the host allowed us to check in early.

Maintenance of the unit is poor. The shower door is not properly attached, making it unsafe, one a/c unit was not working fully and the seal in the shower is in poor condition. The owners are 'penny pinching' - I have never been in a unit where starter quantities of tea/coffee/milk are not provided. For the price paid, this is the minimum that should be provided. While the unit looks nice, there are some basics missing - for example, what use is a washing machine without anywhere to hang laundry to dry?! Neighbours in the other units were extremely noisy during our stay - including moving furniture at 2am!!!

Definitely one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in, very clean, spacious, comfy, and right at the heart of the historic district. The balcony gives you views and the sounds from the street below, but the bedroom is actually tucked away behind a door at the back end of the place, which means it's dark and quiet, perfect to sleep well. So you can enjoy chilling in the living room with the balcony and windows open next to the bustling street below, or you can go to your dark quiet cave to sleep -- just perfect. And you cannot be closer to the historic center.

Odlična lokacija. Ulica je u centralnoj turističkoj zoni i mnogo je bučna skoro 24 sata. Ja sam uživala u ovoj vinbrantnoj atmosferi španske ulice i držala sam balkonska vrata uvijek otvorena. Napravila sam desetine fotografija U spavaćoj sobi se buka ne čuje. Mnogo sam uživala u ovom smještaju. .

Uvela bih pranje peškira za one koji imaju duži boravak.

Me dijeron por escrito que el apartamento tenía dos habitaciones y cuando llegamos tenía una y un sofá cama. El anfitrión nos pidió confirmación de llegada y al hacerlo le dije que solo había una habitación. Me llamó inmediatamente por teléfono para decirme que había sido un error de su empleada y que para compensar nos enviaría una cesta de frutas al día siguiente. Ni rasreo de él ni de las frutas. Poco serio
