Harbour Retreat Padstow - Entire Apartment in the beautiful old town of Padstow Harbour

The apartment was large, modern, and spacious. Excellent location close to harbor.

It was difficult, even hazardous, to drag heavy suitcases up and down the steep flight of 19 stairs from street level. This should have been noted on the description, and I would not have booked this place The toiletries consisted of two half-empty bottles of hand wash. There was half a roll of paper towels and three pods for the washing machine. I have rented cheaper places which were better stocked, and more welcoming. The owners live in central England and obviously do not keep a close watch over their property.

The property is tucked away but the host called and let us know where to find the key and how to access the property including the drop off area for luggage. All went smoothly and the property was fantastic.

I honestly cannot think of anything that would make the accommodation better, it was excellent all round.

The property was excellent, in an excellent location in an excellent town. I wrote, "An oasis in the midst of travel."

Would have been nice to have a welcome pack… some biscuits bottle of wine that sort of thing like maybe places do now, at least a small milk.
