💳 Security Deposit: As part of the booking, an online pre-authorization is required to cover potential damages. The amount is neither charged nor blocked. We never ask for banking details over the phone. 🕓 Check-in: From 4:00 PM 🕚 Check-out: Until 11:00 AM ⚠️ Late check-outs without prior notice may incur an additional fee. ✅ Mandatory Online Check-in: By law, we must register all guests. You will receive a secure link before your arrival. ⚠️ Without complete registration, access to the property is not permitted. 🏡 Tourist Apartment: We do not offer hotel services. Extra cleaning or additional services are available upon request. 🐾 Pets: Upon request only. Up to 20kg. Surcharge between €8 and €20 per night. ⚠️ Not informing us about your pet or leaving it alone in the property may result in a penalty. 🔇 House Rules: Parties, loud music, and disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Do not hang clothes on balconies (historical center regulation). Do not leave trash or dirty dishes upon departure. 🔐 Safety & Sustainability: Always lock the main door properly. Turn off AC/heating when leaving the apartment. Common areas are monitored by security cameras. Tap water is drinkable. 🚫 Unauthorized Guests: Hosting people not included in the reservation is not allowed.
