Friendly host which readily helped with things such as ZTL payment. Excellent location and bonus of private parking garage if you have a car. Spacious apartment.

Downside of location is noise from outside especially in early hours, as windows are not sound-proofed.

Perfect location and met by owner late in evening who gave us keys etc . Palermo is an amazing city - loved it!! Also full compliment of coffee tea and other cooking essentials- well equipped although we mostly ate out

Great central location but not noisy. We booked private transfers between airport and apartment which ensured seamless check in and check out. Apartment owner gave great restaurant recommendations. He was on hand with WhatsApp communication for any queries we had.

Apartment was well maintained and very clean. Only one minor point was some of our European travel adapters didn’t fit the sockets.

Location was amazing for exploring Palermo

The property was great we just got unlucky with relentless drilling in the next door apartment which meant very early starts!

Very clean, spacious, bright apartment in a central location. Within easy walking distance to all major attractions. The owner communicated well and answered queries and gave some good tips about where to go and where to eat.

Excellent location, clean comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Staff was excellent and helped us get to the property when GPS kept taking us down wrong or closed off streets.

Antonio our host was fantastic to deal with. He communicated with me through the booking.com website. As the date of our arrival got closer he communicated directly via text message and sent pictures and maps to help us find the location. Antonio was very accommodating and provided a second set of keys as there were two couples travelling.

Even with all of Antonio’s directions, the property was still difficult to find. That has more to do with the labyrinth of one way street in the centre of Palermo.

Location, parking facilities & comfortable

Air conditioner did not work on the last night of our stay, which made the four of us very hot in bed
