Lokalizacja była dogodna, około 10minut spacerem dostępny publiczny parking poza strefą płatnego parkowania, były grzejniki i było ciepło - mieszkanie nadaje się również chłodniejsza porą.

Wystrój dość prosty, stół i krzesła plastikowe, jeżeli ktoś by spał w salonie to może być głośno od ulicy (w sypialni było dość cicho)
