- Very clean - nice and lovely interieur - Balcony with view to a park, bar & restaurant - modern bathroom and kitchen - Air conditioning worked well! - We felt very safe due to several security check ups like double house door

"Pleasant"

Perfect location (close to sea, restaurants and shops). The apartment is equipped with a toaster, kettle, and capsule machine. A washing machine (outside the apartment) and a clothes dryer are available.

The invoice was received a month after the stay - only after leaving a negative comment on the Booking... Unfortunately, I do not recommend it to business travelers - propably it would be ok for private travelers. Weak points: quite worn-out equipment and only briefly cleaned bathrooms (mold in the shower).

The location is perfect for exploring Palermo. If you like the buzz of the city, it is for you. If you need quiet nights, please consider that the place is right in the middle of the party area. There is a lift, so if you have trouble walking stairs, it is a good solution. The house is safe, too. The rooms are pretty spacious and the decor is nice, not overdecorated, and functional. There is a kitchen equipped with all necessary items, the oven, however, made a power cut on being turned on - even though other sources of electricity were not in use.

I have mentioned the oven before - I think it should be looked at by an electrician. The wifi is non-existent, it did not work for any of us, it should be checked, too. The shower kept filling up with water, this should also be fixed.
