Appartamento pulito ben arredato e silenzioso la vasca idromassaggio nella torre una vera chicca.

Posizione centrale e silenziosa . Interessante la vasca idromassaggio collegata a una delle camere matrimoniali

Bagno esterno , dovevi uscire su un pianerottolo privato e andare al bagno con un caldo pazzesco , nella descrizione c'è indicato terrazzo ma non lo abbiamo trovato. Pur sapendo che c'era un bambino di 2 anni non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua in casa ( con il caldo che fa ) . TV non funzionante, lampadina bruciata sul pianerottolo che portava al bagno. Abbiamo prontamente indicato il problema TV ma ci è stato risposto che il proprietario non era in città e avrebbe provveduto il giorno dopo quando noi saremmo già ripartiti. Alla domanda il terrazzo dove lo trovo ancora sto aspettando la risposta.

I travel with Booking.com a lot and this was our third apartment in 3 nights. The service was really disappointing as it was really difficult to get the code to access the apartment. I sent an email, WhatsApp and text to ask for the code but no reply. I then phoned on the way to the apartment and was told that it would be sent. I then had to text again 15 mins before our entry into the apartment as it did not arrive. This was stressful as I had just read an article about holiday scams! The code did arrive as we were about to enter. I was also disappointed about finding an empty tea box, no dish washer tablets and a broken tv, which the host did not know how to repair. This was by no means a deal breaker, as we were there to see a concert but we do like late night Italian tv. Having just stayed in Lucca which was fantastic, this apartment lacked so much attention to detail.

Appartamento a 2 passi dalla piazza centrale. Struttura pulitissima, spaziosa e ben curata. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente.

Excellent location in heart of the Old Town

While there were two bathrooms there was only one toilet. A very minor thing in a sea of excellence

Clean, large, comfortable and convenient. The owner was amazing and answered all our questions and helped with parking. We loved the location and the air conditioning was amazing.

Lots of high steps up to apartment, which we did not anticipate. Main bathroom located on the landing, outside the rest of the apartment. No toilet in the ensuite bath.
