Sea View Luxury Apartments

This apartment was absolutely fabulous. It was the best accommodation of the two week holiday. It is so well equipped and the most wonderful views from the rooms and balconies. It really is like home from home with every comfort and piece of kitchen equipment you could dream of. It even has a washing machine which was so welcome after a few days travelling and we travel light too. Plakias is very beautiful and Sea View View Luxury Apartments are so well situated in the bay and close to supermarkets and the beach on foot. Thank you for making this so wonderful

Schönes Apartment, gut ausgestattet, u. a. mit Spülmaschine, alles noch recht neu. Toller Blick „Sea View“, Nähe zum Zentrum, Parkplatz. Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter engagiert und freundlich, tgl Zimmerservice.

Bettsofa war zum Schlafen recht hart, für mich OK, vielleicht nicht für jeden passend. Stühle/Tisch verrücken auf dem Apartment oben drüber hat man gehört.

Heel schoon, goede bedden, heel vriendelijke schoonmaakster. De vaatwasser was kapot, toen stonden ze er op dat het personeel voor ons zou afwassen. Wat een lieve oplossing. Ligt rustig, maar vlakbij bakker en supermarkten, op nog geen 200 m afstand. Prachtig uitzicht

De badkamer is klein en je moet in bad douchen met best n hoge instap. Er is geen parasol op het balkon, dat zou wel erg prettig zijn.

Es fällt mir schwer diese Unterkunft zu bewerten. Gebucht haben wir ein Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, bekommen haben wir ein großes Studio. Schonmal schlecht, die Beschreibung auf booking.com muss dringend überarbeitet werden. Das Studio war sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, schönes Bad, bequemes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Einige kleine Nettigkeiten ( Honig, Raki, usw.) standen auch bereit. Aber es war eben nur 1 Raum. Die Aussicht war schön, die Lage gut, nahe an Geschäften, Restaurant, Strand

Unser Studio lag im Erdgeschoss und es gab so gut wie keine Privatsphäre. Wir hatten noch einigermaßen Glück, da wir ein Eckzimmer hatten, da gab es noch seitlich eine kleine Terrasse ( davor standen allerdings die Mülltonnen), die anderen Erdgeschosszimmer saßen einfach direkt vor der Tür auf dem Weg, den alle benutzten, um in die hinteren und oberen Zimmer zu kommen. Das ganze Erdgeschoss ist irgendwie eine Fehlkonstruktion. Wir haben uns noch ein anderes Studio im EG angedehen, dort hatte die Schlafecke gar kein Fenster, das ganze Studio lediglich eine Tür und ein kleines Fenster, was z.T. noch durch den Treppenaufgang verdeckt wurde. Da uns Privatsphäre wichtig ist, werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

The property was as described, clean and well furnished. The balcony off the two bedrooms provided great views over Plakias and was fully protected from the prevailing winds. A great place for late afternoon drinks or a meal.

A minor irritant was the shower. The shower is in the bath, not a walk-in shower, which can be risky with a slippery floor. Also, there was no wall mounted bracket to hold the shower hose, which made washing a matter of continually putting down the hose while wash hair or scrubbing the body. A bit of a nonsense. While the property is a short distance from a bakery and supermarket, the road is deceptively steep.

Great location, proximity to beach and tavernas was perfect and easily walked. Comfortable beds.Friendly hosts.

Had to hold shower head which annoying when a simple fitting fixed to the wall could have solved. Kitchen tap mixer was very loose which house keeping should have seen. A few ants on the kitchen counter tops.
