Apartamento La Salle

It's comfortable with a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom.

The apartment was with ants and we needed to spray it with Pesticides. Far away from the center.

Comfortable bed, dishwasher and washing machine with powders provided. Undercover off street parking was handy although tight. Good cooking equipment and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The apartment is in a residential "local" area and owner gave links to nearby cafes which felt "authentic" rather than touristy.

Apartment needed some maintenance. Bad drain smell initially which owner fixed, along with ants in the kitchen. An empty can of insecticide was replaced promptly by owner and there were no further ant problems. The apartment is 10 minutes drive from the city centre by taxi around 10€. Tip: if you don't speak Spanish download the Pide Taxi app and book that way.

The location is good, though not in the center but with good public transport connection, supermarkets are in close proximity, private parking in a closed garage, good communication with host

The apartment needs deep cleaning (it smelled a bit like a hostel, some kitchen appliances were sticky) and pest control (there were many ants everywhere and we also saw a giant cockroach).

Mattress on the single beds a bit uncomfortable would of liked extra pillows too

The surround neighbourhood is super familiar
