We really liked the apartment, we stayed for 5 days and it was really nice. We are a family of four people, so it was a little bit small, but clean, and equipped with everything that we needed. The bed in the bedroom was great, but the sofa can be not so comfortable for longer stay. (The apartment has the upper level thou, it would be so great if it could be used for sleeping.) It is a great location for skiing at Zoncolan and the village is really nice. We were feeling very welcomed with all the help and support from the ladies at the reception.

The apartment was not clean. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and creaked so it was annoying for everyone. The electricity is very poor - if you turn on the kitchen light in addition to the vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner does not work. Heating is not suitable for winter, if you ski and want to dry your gloves you have nowhere to go. There's a radiator in the bathroom that doesn't work. It is possible to turn on only a small electric heater. The app is not suitable for 4 people, but two.

Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped.

House is far from any market, city center, skiing resort or spa. Heating was not ok. Floor heating at 20deg is to our oppinion too low. Photos look like the place is much larger then it realy is.

They make difference between guest from booking.com and their own guests. They didn't want to provide us voucher for discount for ski pass,as we didn't book accommodation direct trough with apartment.

Wonderful experience from check in to check out

We picked up the keys at the tourist office and a very nice lady guided us to the property. The house is lovely, very clean and with amazing view.
