Nothing - becareful SCAMER here! Read this!

Firstly, Check-in was 2pm but we could only check-in later cuz the host didnt contacted me and i had to contact her for the code to get the keys. That is the harmless part. When we got in, the flat was very dirty. Hairs everywhere, on the floor, toilette and even on the bed. Stains on the blanket and oilstains all over the kitchen. The couch is also disgusting. It used to be purple indeed it is almost grey now and full of holes. The cleaning lady came 15min after our Check-in only to give us some towels. I showed her all the dirt but she couldnt speak a word in English. There were even clothes left in the wardrobe, what shows me that no one took care of this flat. Now the best part: I contacted the host instantly after the cleaning lady left and asked her for another cleaning. No answer on calls, WhatsApp and Booking.com. So we got in touch with the booking support. They called the host and affirmed verbally a free cancellation. But only per telephone yet. Booking told us this but also said they did send her an email because they need a written affirmation. We left the flat and got a good one. We called the Booking Support everyday waiting for the written affirmation. They told us, one time the host said she cant speak English only Spanish (it is a lie, I spoke English to her when I claimed for the code and it is on her profile on Airbnb). Second time booking told us, she gave no answer for 3 days on any of the 4 emails/requests Booking wrote to her. So all she did was winning time and never spoke a word with us after our Check-in. We felt ripped off. Ultimately she rejected our request for a free cancellation. Note that the host is not living in Plovdiv, she got a Spanish number so she is probably living in Spain, so is not really reachable. After all we got a refund by Booking.com and hope that there will be consequences for the accommodation.
