"Great for short term guests."

First of all: We had to book very spontaneous cause of our damaged car. Booked like 20 minutes before check-in which was very good and professional. The host / worker was very kind and explained the procedure very good. Distance to the beach and to harbour were 200 / 400 metres. Distance to the super market was like 500 metres. Room / shower and kitchen were clean. Equipment for long term guests wouldnt be enough, we stayed for only one night thats why everything was fine for us. Parking space was also available.

ottima posizione per visitare novalja, proprietari disponibili e pronti a tutto. tuttavia sarebbe stato meglio fornire spugne, sapone e altri generi base di pulizia al nostro arrivo. In ogni caso, dopo averlo segnalato, siamo stati subito accontentati.

"Amazing stay and conveniently located to everything."

It was conveniently located to everything we needed and very easy to get around. The host was amazing any hour of the day he was available to help with anything we needed. He organised a transfer for us on our last day as our original transfer didn’t show up and he was extremely helpful. The host is wonderful and knows a lot and will help with anything you need.

No living room but that’s okay as there is a balcony
