We stayed in the apartment. It was so nice! The hosts were really nice too, available and helpful. They even offered beers and some pasta wich saved out day after one stage of Juliana trail! It’s calm, beautiful! I recommend it 100%

Accommodation exceptional; very clean & maintained to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts who even drove us to a restaurant for our evening meal and returned later to collect us

Very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment, breakfast on the balcony with great mountain view. Quiet location with a beautiful shortcut walk to the centre of the village throught the fields. Freshly picked delicious rasberries and apples from the garden for breakfast. Very welcoming hosts who provided lots of imformation and tips for walks and daytrips.

Our stay was too short! Will be back :-)

Such a perfect place to rest after a long day of hiking! The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we need. There is even some food and drinks you can buy in the kitchen if the supermarket is already closed.

Well appointed and comfortable apartment in the valley. The village of Podbrdo is small and the local market is only open for a few hours each day, but the location is excellent for those looking for a bit of solitude while still being able to access the wealth of hiking trails and outdoor activities in the area. Roman is a very pleasant host with a beautiful home and garden, we also very much enjoyed meeting his cat Cinderella!

Nothing, everything was fantastic. Only thing was we arrived in November, when many local businesses are closed for the winter season, so without restaurants we spent time cooking in the kitchen after our daily hikes and slept well and cozy.
