13 Matheson Place

Avere a disposizione un piccolo appartamento con cucina è stato molto pratico considerato che i ristoranti in Portree alle volte sono sovraffollati. La posizione è strategica: 10’ a piedi dal centro del paese ed in una posizione ottima per visitare tutta l’isola in auto (tra l’altro la struttura ha un comodo parcheggio privato)

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Besitzerin hatte uns einen Frühstückskorb hingestellt, womit wir nicht gerechnet haben. Für jegliche Probleme oder Fragen wurden wir eingeladen, nebenan zu klopfen. Die Unterkunft ist super eingerichtet und groß genug, um sich auch länger dort wohl zu fühlen. Es war alles da, was man brauchte.

Es ist hellhörig.

Todo fue perfecto

Room was clean and had a desk area. Bathroom was clean. Spacious living area. Good location to see local sites.

有張可開閉式的餐桌，舒適的裝潢和齊全的設備。 房屋主人親切又熱情，雖然住宿沒有附早餐，但是他們贈送給我們一籃麵包、麥片、餅乾，還有各種果醬、以及喝不完的膠囊咖啡和茶包，冰箱裡還有礦泉水、汽水和牛奶。我們兩人住了三天拿來當早餐都吃不完。 車子就停在屋子前，非常好停方便。 徒步不到5分鐘路程就有大型的co-op超市。 這裏絕對是當作遊覽Skye島最好的據點。

唯一感覺可惜的是床有點小，對兩個身高180上下的成年人來說實在有點擠。

Marlena thought of everything. Each time we needed something, there it was, right where you would expect it to be. (But so often isn’t, in other places we stayed.)

The only thing keeping the place from perfect was a bed a bit too small and soft.

The room was spotless, with comfortable bedsheets, fully equipped kitchen and spacy room with comfortable armchairs to rest. The location is with a nice view and next to supermarket.

The apartment is self catering however the host provided a lovely package of breakfast goodies.

Everything was very well organized, and the owner was super friendly and helped us plan the trip.

The location was close to town restaurants, the accommodation was spotless, and Marlena was the most welcoming host we’ve ever had.
