"Exceptional"

Eine supernette, saubere kleine Einraumwohnung im ganz entzückenden Holländerviertel. Die Lage ist 1a! Massen an tollen Restaurants und supersüße Läden rundum. Schloss Sanssouci und Babelsberg in Laufweite. Gute Anbindung durch den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Wirklich perfekt. Es ist zudem alles an Erstausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung vorhanden bis hin zu Küchentüchern und Wattestäbchen im Bad. Sensationell!

Eigentlich nix! Wir haben die Küche nicht gebraucht, aber sowohl diese als auch das Bad und das restliche Mobiliar könnten etwas Liebe gebrauchen. Es ist aber nichts dramatisches.

Die Lage war super zentral, das Bett war für mich sehr bequem,ich mag weichere Matratzen.

Das Bad hätte sauberer sein können und die Armaturen in der Dusche, gerade der Duschkopf waren extrem verkalkt. Auch die beiden Herdplatten in der Küche sehr verrostet. Wenn man in Küche und Bad etwas nachbessern würde und im Bad auch in den Ecken putzt, dann ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage.

"Overall good. But needs repairs and attention."

Central location. Responsive owner.

Needed cleaning attention. Dusting. Shower corking moldy. Dishwasher falling apart and “rusty” inside. Curtains in sitting area coming off of rails. Needs more drinking glasses. There for 11 nights. One set of sheets not enough. There is a washing machine but not practical hanging wet sheets up to dry in room. Tired of hearing from landlords that they recognize the need for repairs, but renting out prevented repairs.

"Bad-Armaturen sollten ausgetauscht werden!"

Zentrale Lage

Bad mangelhaft: Silikon in der Dusche extrem verschimmelt; Duschstange hing nur noch an einer Schraube. Duschwasser lief sehr langsam ab, daher nur mit Badelatschen in die Dusche! Wasserhahn am Waschbecken mit ekelhaften Metall-Ausbluehungen, Zähneputzen daher nur abstoßend möglich.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Bett war bequem und das Appartement groß.

Sauberkeit in Bad und Küche waren nicht in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung der Küche war spärlich.
