The room is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent right in the old town.

The check in experience was very poor. I didn't get the information I needed to access the room I booked. This can happen. But the bigger problem was that I couldn't contact the host. I messaged them on booking.com and tried calling three times on different numbers I found in the email confirming the reservation and on Google maps but no one picked up. I ended up standing in front of the building for 15 minutes and then luckily another guest came and let me in. I didn't know which room to go to so I had to guess based on the room layout and photos. The host tried calling me back and messaged me back more than an hour later. Very poor experience. It should be easy to get in touch with the host if there is a problem. The Internet was also bad.
