Dobra lokalizacja. Na jedna noc w porządku.

Nie wygodne łóżko. Pościel z nieprzyjemnego materiału. Zepsuty prysznic. Hałasy z innych mieszkań. Zapach papierosów na korytarzu.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Bardzo dobre wi-fi. Brak hałasu z ulicy.

Brzydki zapach w łazience. Rozkładana kanapa zamiast łóżka. Hałasy z sąsiadujących mieszkań. Na korytarzu czuć było zapach papierosów.

Świetna lokalizacja. Plusem jest też mały ogródek ze stolikiem i krzesłami. Komfortowy metraż.

Czystość na 4+ pod nogami „strzelał” piasek, co dawało wrażenie brudnej podłogi. W łazience niemiły zapach z odpływu i trudno schodząca wodą, która podczas korzystania z prysznica wylewała się na pół łazienki. W szafkach kuchennych pełno okruchów i rozsypanych przypraw.

"Dało radę się przespać, ale nie było komfortowo"

Brak kontaktu z najemcą - nie odpisał, brak WiFi, niedziałający TV, wyłączona listwa z kontaktu, niedokręcone - nieświecące i zakurzone żarówki, deszczownica pod prysznicem skamieniała i marnym ciśnieniem wody. Dzbanek w stanie tragicznym z pływającym kamieniem.

Świetna lokalizacja. Przestronny apartament.

Sugeruje wymienić drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej. Woda wylewała się poza łazienkę pomimo faktu, że były zamknięte.
