I have stayed in flats, homes and hotels all over Poznan for the last 6 years. This is one of the very best. Has everything you would need for a 1 or 2 person trip (great internet, kitchenette, washing machine, decent shower etc) It is also very centrally located and within a spits distance of the trams which enable you to get to and from the station with ease.

At the top of a large flight of steep steps. No good if you are not mobile or able to carry heavy bags.

Absolutely amazing stay at this apartment would highly recommend and the location is brilliant. Fantastic communication from the host from start to finish we will definitely be return. Thank you for an amazing stay x

Very nice, modern apartment. Close to the main square. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer was provided as well as a washing machine. Excellent stay all round.

Great Location, comfort, cleaning...

Absolutely stellar! I stayed in room 10A, which looks to be the smaller of the two rooms available in the property. Host messages you the day before hand telling you where to find the keys and which room is yours. For travelling alone, 10A is perfect, if I was travelling with someone else I would ask for 10B beforehand since it looks to be the slightly bigger of the two rooms judging from the photos in the listing. Room was very clean (bar one thing), no weird smells or dust build up in the corners, even under the bed looked good. Host seemed very nice, I never met them (I think) but they messaged me to keep my window and balcony door closed if I was out that day due to a storm warning and they also messaged me to let me know that the iron was reported missing and where I could find the replacement. The kitchen was perfect. You have a sink with an excellent tap, two hot rings for cooking and a good fridge. You have plenty of cutlery, plates, pots and bowls. Bed and TV set up was great, watch some polish TV from the bed with the ceiling fan right above the bed for those hot nights. I would open the balcony door, turn on the ceiling fan and leave it freshen the air in the room if it got stuffy. Plenty of hot water. In the bathroom is a hotwater tank just for you and I never had issues with it running out. I didn't test it with exceptionally long showers or anything but showers never ran cold. Under the hotwater tank was a washing machine, again just for you. No frills to the washing machine expect that it is quite loud and you're not provided with instructions other what is written on the setting dial. Under the bathroom sink were a few pods of washing detergent. It is very much a small studio apartment and I still can't believe the excellent value for money. In terms of location, you're a stones throw from everything there is to see in Poznan. Right in the middle of the city and beside the tram link.

The building itself was a bit rough and dishevelled looking. One of the pieces of floorboard on the stairs up felt broken. It moved down quite a bit when I stood on it. Corridor outside to the courtyard smelled really bad and had a build up of flies. To be fair, these are complaints with the building, the host is in charge of just the apartment. With the apartment being right in the middle of the city means there is a lot of noise. You can hear the brakes of the tram and the planes over head, remember that the airport is close and the planes are quite low down when they fly overhead. A light sleeper would struggle to get decent sleep. Closing the door and windows helped but it was so hot while I was in Poznan that the room would get very hot quickly. You're on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. While I was okay, someone else could struggle to get up the stairs. The thing that was dirty. Above the little cooker is an extraction fan and light unit. While trying to figure out how to turn it on I flipped up the glass sheet and saw the air filter. It was jam packed with loose dust to the point where I didn't want to cook under it. I took it out and cleaned it the day I arrived before I cooked anything. Bit of a shame with how easy it was to take out and clean. At least the place came with two cleaning sponges and some soap.
