There are bugs in the room, kitchen, bathroom and decoration is old.

Spacious Great for big group Extra mattress and blanket was good

Lift broke down. Got to come down thru stairs from 21floors Parking is confusing

Boss was quick in any questions and clear on guiding check in. Management guards on duty was also v friendly and always helpful unlike some other apartments.

First timer will have confusion when finding the carpark, just ask the guard for assistance, not much hassle.

House is spacious, comfortable, clean and pleasant. Host provides extra towel. Kid friendly. Comfy beds. Host always available to entertain my inquiries. Clear instruction for check in & parking. Better to drop your luggage at the lift before park at the designated parking.

We suggest to provide water jug & tissue. And can improve more on the toilet cleanliness.

The parking, the bed, smell.

The check in and out instructions were very clear and helpful. Having 2 car parks is a great feature. Facilities is good and premise is well kept. Host is very responsive and the refund of deposit is very prompt.

The facilities and shops in setiawalk itself seems to be deserted. Kind of disappointing. However, if you have a car then there are many eateries nearby and there is a big hawker center within 5-10 min drive
