The homestay was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive, making the stay pleasant.

We had a great stay here! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with lots of food options nearby, which made everything very convenient. The host was also very helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Clean with modern design. Come with 3 bedrooms with 2 attached bathrooms. has aircon and fan in each room and living room. has washing machine, hangers to hang clothes, vacuum cleaner to clean the floor, hairdryer. TV in living room is a smart TV, able to see Youtube etc. Good Wifi. Has a small kitchen with portable induction stove, kettle, water filter, a frying pan and cutlery with plates and cups and dish detergent. Truly feel like a homestay. Has facilities like swimming pool and gym. Kids enjoy the kids swimming pool in the residence and adults enjoy the gym. Just beside the residence, there are GP clinics, Coffee Bean cafe, Pizza Hut restaurant, 24 hours KK mart, a cafe selling coffee and Western food - which are accessible through the side gate of the residence. Check in process come with clear instructions via Whatsapp. Self check in, self collect 2 assess cards from mailbox. Need access card to enter the residence, the lift, the carpark, so remember to bring along the access card when you leave the house. Come with 2 carpark slots.

small suggestion: maybe can provide slightly more garbage bags and toilet rolls for those who booked the apartment for certain number of days. Grab food only can deliver food to lobby downstairs as access card is required to enter the lift, so need to go down to lobby to collect the food.
