Loft Apartments Pulheim

The location was great as it is 2 mins away from a big supermarket and town centre. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. Parking is available in front of the house and the apartment is equipped with everything you need.

Cleanliness and location

The owner only accepts cash and it is not mentioned in the booking.com . Safety: second floor flat ( which a family lives) could open my living place with their key . I just found it out by mistake. I told to the owner and she told I did not know it but I could not feel safe 100% because even if you lock the door from inside , some one could open . Bed : all accommodations are perfect except beds , they are so small .

Location and apartment were great.

Upon arrival we were told they had to have cash for the stay immediately. There was no communication ahead of time that we had to have an enormous amount of cash on us. Also they only gave us one roll of toilet paper for three people for three days. I had to ask repeatedly for another roll. Sounds petty but I walk with a cane and we were up five flights of stairs and no lift and I’d have to walk to buy more. Communication is very bad

The apartment is spacious, including its bathroom (and shower!). The shoe rack outside was practical. The location is close to a large supermarket and the centre of town.

The ceiling feels low in the attic apartment, and one needs to be careful with the sloping ceiling. I could have used instructions for getting sound from the TV and (good) sound system. Noise from children downstairs could be heard late at night whilst trying to sleep.
