Quiet. Clean. Manager was prompt to respond to issues pertaining to security. Note : a security deposit (refundable) is expected that is not part of the booking.com payment.

We had issues with locking the main door. The Manager was prompt to respond on both occasions, but it was an inconvenience because we had to leave the property unlocked when we went out. We also had intermittent internet issues that we did not report as we were out most of the day.

Good stay, clean and good city view. Definitely coming back

Overall, I would give it a 7/10. Cleanliness: 8/10. Due to several issues on the homestay’s side, our request for a late check-out was approved until 1pm (FOC).

Less than 15 minutes before our arrival, the homestay contacted us to inform us of a unit change due to a power outage. After checking in to the new unit, I found that the master bedroom had a leakage issue, with water overflowing due to cracks in the floor from the upper level. Only two bedrooms were usable, and one of them had an air conditioner that was not cooling properly.
