DEDie Wohnung ist in einem Komplex mit mehreren Wohnungen (4.Etage), die teils von den Eigentümern, Mietern oder Touristen bewohnt werden. Die Lage ist im Ort Radazul Bajo auf der untersten Ebene der Straßen in direkter Nähe des Strandes und einer Bushaltestelle. Zum Apartment gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, was gut und notwendig ist. Das Apartment ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und die Vermieterin , Penelope, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne nutzen wir die Unterkunft bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt auf Teneriffa wieder.
Alles war prima. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Nichts war negativ.

Alles war in Ordnung.
PLLokalizacja doskonała: blisko plaża, blisko zadbany plac zabaw, łatwy dojazd do głownej drogi ( bardzo dobra baza wypadowa). Taras: duzy, słoneczny, z pięknym widokiem na morze i wschody słonca. Duży apartament. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Miejsce parkingowe w hali garażowej.
W kuchni są drobne mrówki ( zapewne cieżko się ich pozbyć) wiec wszystkie artykuly spożywcze przechowywaliśmy w lodówce.
SKThe communication with the owner was perfect. Penelope was very careful, providing everything we need for our stay. Apartment was right in front of the beach, location couldn't be better. We also enjoyed the spacious terrace with beautiful see view.
To open the garage door key is used instead of a remote control. It was always a struggle to open it.
HRPrekrasan, dobro opremljen stan na odlicnoj lokaciji- u blizini plaže i autobusne stanice te osiguran parking u garaži. Velika terasa s pogledom na ocean. Uživali smo u boravku!
GBWell presented flat. Excellent location, it has 2 lovely beaches,walking distance. Underground parking place but there is a free parking in front of the building that we preffered. The terrace is the main thing ( as you can see from the photo). Excellent comunication with host, she expected us ang give us verry clear instructions about the location and usefull tips about surroundings.
CZPerfect apartment in every way. Beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean and Gran Canaria, with awning, garden furniture and dining table. Excellently equipped kitchen, everything you need for cooking and more. Convenient parking in the underground parking lot. Great communication with the accommodation operator. A beautiful and safe beach a few meters from housing. An ideal place to spend a holiday with the family.
