No self check out. We had to get keys and access instructions from an office located in a pedestrian street meaning that I had to find a park at a few hundred meters which it is not easy in such a place I had to queue in order to get the keys as property manager was incredibly long to give instructions to other guests. The same for me, which is really annoying when you have had a long drive. Instructions were not very accurate re use of the numerous keys (for instance for the garage)meaning that property manager does not really know the place even though he was a nice guy Access by car to the accommodation is not easy in a very small lane. Owners should provide a access map to their place (do not enter in the gps the actual address but the name of the street where you can park temporary your car, the time to unload your luggage (27 via San Benedetto) Even though the apartment is nice, there is horrible views on a backyard from the kitchen A coffee table in the living room would be a plus

The apartment is located in the center of Rapallo city, at the firs floor of a building, close to shops, restaurants, terrasse and also the beach. The accommodation is perfect for family, having separate bedrooms with AC,well equipped kitchen, clean and hospitable, calm and quite surrounding during the night. There is also a parking place included. Totally recommend the location for a nice vacation.

We had to take the keys from an real estate agency situated on a pedestrian street and then had to park the car at about 10 min away (walking) from the accommodation . It was a little inconveniently, but not impossible :))

Getting the keys to work was a nightmare. Very easy to fix b=y having better instructions We had no hot water when we arrived

I could not access the property as I phoned and phoned while standing in the blistering heat with my 80 year old parents wondering where we were going to stay that night I have asked for my money back but haven't herd anything yet.

Had everything we needed! Very clean and spacious.

The views aren’t great

The property was very close to the water and centre of Rapollo. It was comfortable and appeared as described

The arrival process and directions weee abysmal. The address for key pick up wasn incorrect and when we finally found the right address this company no longer handles the booking s. Luckily he put us on track to collect the keys. The spay was difficult to find. The address said number 9, but number 9 was actually down an alleyway of number 60. The front door of the apartment had a very dodgy lock and we nearly got locked in. The bed linen could do with an update. The parking was good when we finally found it, again the address was incorrect. We don’t speak Italian which probably made it more difficult

I love the town of Rapallo and the apt was close to shops, places to dine, the ferry to Cinque Terre, train station and the beach. We found a place for dinner up the block and the food was so great that we ate there both nights...Trattoria Dede is the name. The apt was very clean, had good sized rooms and air conditioning.

We could have used more towels and the beds were not so comfy.

Great location close to the station and the shore. Very spacious, great kitchen and good bathroom.

We nearly were unable to stay there because the hosts provided the wrong address on the key pickup location. We called, no answer. We messaged, no response. Only a kind-hearted local managed to track down the owner for us, who was not available at the time stated either. Garage was 400m away, and no help provided on check out either, only « leave the keys on the table « . How do we then get our car out? No response. Once you are in, it’s great, but you have to get in to start with, which we found very difficult.
