If the arrival date of the booking is less than 5 days in the future, no more laundry can be booked. If no laundry is booked, guests are obliged to bring their own. Please note that construction work will be taking place on the neighboring property during 2026, and occasional noise disturbances may occur. The work is being carried out on the side of the building facing away from the holiday apartment and will take place only intermittently and on weekdays. Spacieux et joliment décoré, beaucoup d'équipements (TV, radio, machine à café, lave-vaisselle, etc.), confortable, bien positionné et calme. Possibilité de réserver des linges de bain et des linges de lit avec supplément via le lien envoyé après la réservation.

Il manquait un fer à repasser et des produits de douche.

Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen ,alles war sehr schön ,man konnte zu Fuß alles schnell erreichen,die Wohnung war sauber und alles was man brauchte war da ,sogar eine Flasche Wein als Geschenk ,den Parkplatz muss man aber extra bezahlen ,der Strand war auch sehr schön ,Warnemünde war auch auffallend sauber und überall Toiletten die auch in Ordnung waren und immer was los ,wir kommen gern wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG,für ältere Leute sind die vielen Stufen nicht geeignet .

Tolle Lage, super ausgestattete Wohnung, Parkplatz gleich hinter dem Haus, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Die Gardinen im Schlafzimmer hätten gern etwas mehr verdunkeln können.
