It was the worst experience we ever had because of the behaviour of the host, Gianlunca. The bathroom door wasn't closing because maybe someone before us lock the door when the door was open so the door was unable to close.Our issue wasn't that the door will not be lock during someone would use the toilet but that the door could not even closed normally! How is possible to have toilet with the door open? Normally people make bookings of accommodation with privacy in bathrooms. Of course we didn't like this situation and directly respond to Gianluca to resolve the issue. He tried to find an universal key with no success. When he informed us that he couldn't find any we advise him that the best way to resolve the issue with the door is to call a locksmith. He told us excuses that he couldn't find someone that day. Also he told us to look in the closets to find the key. Of course we didn't find it, Gianlunca came to look as well. After that he started to blaming us that we lost the key and then that we are "crazy people" because we wanted the bathroom door to be close when someone will using the bathroom.Also he had the audacity to tell us ''whats the problem and you can said to other one to stay in the kitchen so the other one have toilet with the door open'' and other unbelievable things which reveal his unwillingness to understand and help resolve the issue. We were in shocked from his messages. He told us ''you waste my time'' ''you are strange people'' ''whats the problem if the door cannot be locked'' ''i told you that i cannot fix it end of the story'' and other unbelievable things which are not fitting to a host behaviour. We get so angry with this behavior ,we didn't trust to be in a place with an awful host like Gianluca,and as a result we started looking for an other accommodation in Salerno.
