The host communication was excellent. The apartment was well equipped, ignore older reviews that say cooking is limited, it is not, you have everything to cook a full meal. The apartment has a great view, terrace, and is in a great old town location. It has very good heating for winter, and I assume also AC in summer. The daily cleaning was a bonus.

The couch/ bed in the lounge could be better, but its fine for kids.

The sunset view from the balcony here is just amazing - so beautiful. The apartment is modern, bright and clean and even in winter the balcony was a great spot to hang out. Very easy access for strolling into the main centre.

Just to note that you enter the apartment straight into the main bedroom and then the lounge / living area has the foldout, so this accom would best suit guests not coming and going at different times of night. But there's no issue if everyone's sticking together!

La amplitud y la vista. Tengo que mencionar a Roberto que nos asesoró en todo y por su buena predisposición para sortear los inconvenientes del traslado.

Se entraba directamente al dormitorio y luego se pasaba al living. Un día antes de irnos la dueña nos pidió dejar el lugar por arreglos y nos buscó un b&b que no cumplía con lo que habíamos contratado, sin cocina, ni heladera, ni lavarropas y en un piso alto por escalera muy empinada. Generalmente cuando se hace un cambio es para mejor, y no fue el caso. El lugar es una terraza que fue remodelada con un criterio polémico. Pero destaco que cuando hay un inconveniente en la propiedad se busca un lugar adecuado para el cliente y no fue el caso.

Abbiamo soggiornato per capodanno e il terrazzo gode di un'ottima vista sulla città. Ottima posizione e proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione eccezionale.

La pulizia degli ambienti, il fatto che si trovi in pieno centro storico, ottima esposizione che permette di vedere il mare è la città inoltre l’ottima accoglienza della Sig.ra Patrizia sempre disponibile e competente.
