Luxury Manfredi Apartment Salerno

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was large with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. It is about 20 minute walk to the train station. Andrea provided us with some great restaurant recommendations and guidance for the local ferries.

There was some construction work happening on the outside of the building by one of the bedrooms which was a little loud in the morning

The apartment was exceptional and exceeded any expectation. The attention to detail was appreciated. Any requirements were supplied. The host Andrea was a fabulous with his communication. We could not have asked for more.

That we did not spend longer.

Clean, spacious and modern with all facilities we could require. Special thanks to Annie Mae, who met us at check-in and was extremely helpful throughout.

Spotless, comfortable , aircon

Bit of a walk in the killer heat to the main part of Salerno. Suspect it would be much easier outside summer months

We were 4 older ladies on a girls’ trip to Italy ending on the Amalfi coast. We were very happy that we had chosen Salerno as a base for exploring the Amalfi coast. It is a really lovely town without the crowds of tourists you see elsewhere. There is quite a bit to see in Salerno itself although many sites were temporarily closed during our stay. The cathedral is a must see. The crypt is a work of art breathtaking in its beauty and contains the remains of the Apostle Matthew. We ate at restaurants near the apartment which served excellent food at reasonable prices - another contrast to elsewhere on the Amalfi. As for the apartment, it was perfect. It is very spacious and beautifully presented with a very well equipped kitchen. It is well located and within walking distance of both ferry ports and the railway station. We didn’t use the buses while in Salerno but they are also within walking distance. There is also a lift, which was very welcome. We had excellent communication with Marcella prior to arrival and Annie Mae could not have been more helpful after check in.

Nothing not to like.

It's very clean and comfortable property i would liked to stay again if i visited Salerno. Amazing property very helpful stuff.

Just the location

The hosts meet us on site and explained the facilities. they had supplied some smacks and a bottle of wine along with some basic fridge items.

The booking.com site said there was a lift but it was out of service (for a long time we think) and may be some time before it is restored. There was 3 flights of stairs to access the unit which was a problem for 2 of our party who had mobility problem. The location was a good distance from the town centre, railway station and ferry terminal which was a problem for 2 of our party.

Lovely apartment. The host couldn’t do enough to assist. Our flight was delayed but we were met at 1am in the morning.

Only slight downside was work going on inside the building which woke us up early a few mornings.

The property with its amenities and location (very close to the port and bus stops and train station) were all good. The person who gave the key to the property was also extremely helpful and even made the reservation for our taxi ride to the station to ensure we don’t miss our train going to the airport. She also ensured that all questions we have regarding the property and things to do around the area and how to get around were ll answered accurately.

If the elevator was working, I would’ve rated it a 10 for sure. Good thing our place is only a few flights of stairs up or down (depending on which door out of the building we want to use).
