Location is excellent! Bed are comfortable. Apartment is clean. Basic utensils are available except no knife to cut fruits.

Not enough toilet paper, washing detergent. Washing sponges were old & wear out - would pfr to hv new sponge. Would be good if they hv a higher height table & chairs - more conv for senior. Checking in to Apt was abit of hassle as the instructions were in Japanese. Though we mgt to open the mailbox, we couldn't open the front door & intercom don't work at all! No one answer! It was with alot of trial & errors ! Perhaps the host can draft a short instructions in English on the above - this will help others in future.

Not too far away from everything. Convenient location close to Tanukidoji and Odori park. Sapporo is small so very walkable. I would easily stay here again, but better cleaning and some utilities to the apartment would not hurt.

The apartment could have had more hooks, baskets and also cutlery. Felt it was empty in that and often there was a desire to hang wet towels somewhere or put dirty laundry somewhere. The apartment was a bit dusty, could have been nice with better cleaning and perhaps some cleaning tools for people staying a longer time stored somewhere. The check in instructions were a bit unclear and painful experience to go through.
