Piazza Santa Maria Apartment - Comfort & Relax

Wszechobecny zapach stęchlizny i wilgoci. Mial być dłuższy pobyt, jednak po jednej nocy byłyśmy zmuszone zmienić lokalizację. Po zgłoszeniu problemu , i paru godzinnych negocjacjach otrzymałam propozycję że za jeden nocleg zapłacę plus sprzątanie - a reszta zostanie mi zwrócona.

My stay was great because the house was clean, with a great location and free parking place.

The apartment was big, the location was nice, near the bus station.

There was an awful smell coming from the drains at the bathroom that was extremely annoying. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The location was wonderful, very easy to walk to dining options. The apartment was very large and the washer was a great addition. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. The bed was not bad and the pillows were great.

The building has mold and it did affect me, just a note to anyone sensitive. The check-in was a little tough with some delay in getting responses back, but once we got the keys it was easy. The shower was TINY.

The apartment is clean, with all amenities. The location is good, even if you are not in the city center. Cafes very close to the location, pharmacy on the ground floor, supermarkets nearby.

The location is really good. Easy reachable from many different directions. The downtown is just 10-15min by walk. For example, you can reach Alghero, a lovely small town, in just 30min. Also, there is a free parking in front of a builing. The kitchen is good equipped, you have everything for an enjoyable stay. Near the appartment there are many different supermarkets. The owners are kind and super helpful. All the recommendations.

A big apartment with ample space. Bedroom at the back of apartment thus the sound from the chaotic street is not heard during the night.

Power cuts due to power surge at the apartment. On the last day there was no water to shower or flush toilets. A very uncomfortable situation.

Excellent location, close to all amenities. There's a pizza take away place a couple of meters from the front door which is super convenient for dinner and a coffee place very close by to have breakfast. There's also a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment is really big and comfortable. We only stay one night though so we didn't use all the facilities.

It was really hard to find a parking spot and drivers in Sassari are not very patient... So I would probably suggest this as a place to travel to by train rather than with a vehicle. Everything else was really nice.
