Excellent location close to the entrance to Otztal. The apartment is new, clean, and has everything you need. The design is modern and beautiful. Comfortable beds, quality linens. A large and comfortable balcony. In short - great place to stay!

It would have been nice if there were instructions in English. If there was a washing machine or an option to do laundry for a fee it would be perfect (we realized that it is an issue in all the apartments in Otztal). Anyway - the place was perfect for us.

Perfect location for skiing, quite close to several ski areas. Perfectly equipped apartment, including kitchen. Spacy and comfortable, warm and cosy. In the quiet area, but close to necessary shops. Nice place also for hikers and bikers. Free wifi without any limitation. We loved the coffee maker even with the box full of coffee :)

Nothing quite limiting - Beds were too soft for us :) We missed clothes drying rack (there was dress rack, which we used for regular clothes..). Possibly, ski boot drying room or place would be nice, so you don't need to bring these indoors.

Location is great. The apartment is very modern and spacious.

It's a general problem in Austria. The rooms have no AC or fan, so you must open the window at the summer night. But there are no nets so flies get in.

Brand new, neat and tidy, friendly owners, great location, nicely decorated.

The host was very friendly and helpful and the location amazing.
