"Great holiday apartment."

A charming relaxing sunny apartment very close to town and the beach. We particularly loved the deck with the outdoor table. We would definitely stay there again next time we come to Sawtell.

I did abit of cooking and the knives were all blunt. We were only given 1 hand towel for our 4 night stay.

Excellent location, short walk to cafe & restaurants and beach. Comfortable beds!

The stools at the kitchen counter are too high to sit on and be functional.

"Needs time, money and work spent on it, apart from all the little things, we enjoyed our stay."

Location to all cafes and beach was great. Quiet and had lockup garage.

I always think that the little things mater but this property is clearly under management and not looked after by an owner. Carpet in bedrooms was 5 years pass it's used by date, with many different coloured stains and looking a little thin in places. Little things like - No Breadboard - No Disk cloth - No dishwashing liquid - Coffee cups not washed - Main door very hard to close and needed to be pulled hard. Our first task was to go downtown and buy supplies???
