Emma communicated clearly with any guidance needed, and happy to take a phone in need. Clean and tidy, well presented and had it's own character.

Nice and close to Sawtell village. Very clean and tidy and is as described.

Really only a one bedder. The sofa bed was sufficient for my daughter for one night however would not recommend for an extended stay. It took me a while to locate parking spot but eventually did. Also stairs to gain access for me were challenging with mobility issues.

Private parking space, entrance and terrace. Beautifully decorated. Quality furnishings and equipment. Comfy bed. Bathroom well stocked with quality products and very spacious. There was even a washing machine and clothes airer. Location was fantastic, located near lots of restaurants and shops.

A tumble drier would be handy.
