Clean , very comfortable , well appointed

We were only there for one night but if staying longer , it would be good to have an outdoor table on the deck and a barbecue , there isn’t any furniture on the deck

Location relative to Sawtell attractions Private and quiet. Vine growing around the steps was nice

The bed was a bit hard. The couch was much too hard. Immediate surroundings create a sense of space but are relatively "stark". Huge, bare concrete balcony adds to this "dead" feeling when only a couple of hundred metres away is a sub-tropical oasis.

"A comfortable stylish place in a fantastic location."

Tastefully renovated and a great location. Emma was good to communicate with and it was as advertised in the photos.

Only suggestion is fewer cushions which we had to pile up & remove the plastic plants as they spoil the clean lines of the decor wich is lovely
