"Good, but noise from above Unit made it hard to listen to TV."

How close we were to the beach and the middle of town

The unit was ground floor. We had permanent residents upstairs that had 2 small children that ran around alot, so the noise from above was fairly loud. This would be because of the age of the building.

"We loved Sawtell- great beach and cafes and we were close to everything."

The location was wonderful- across the road from the beach and around the corner to main strip of restaurants and cafes. The small apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need as it is a drive to Coles and larger supermarkets this was a help.

The booking site had said sea views which was not the case. The bathroom is very small.
