Kraxner Haus

Uns hat eigentlich alles gefallen, denn da wir von zu Hause her schon eifach Leben ist es hier geradezu heimisch gewesen.

Küche war super ausgestattet. Einfach aber alles da was man brauchen könnte.

Ruim, wel hokkerig, en wel prima bedden.

Koud huis Verouderd en daardoor kijk je er in de badkamers niet fris op.

Ruime, comfortabel appartement. Vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Viel Platz ! Rustikal, aber gemütlich. Der Standort war perfekt nahe an unserem sportlichen Mittelpunkt.

Casa tipica tirolese, non moderna, molto spaziosa, pulita e luminosa. Cucina attrezzata con tutto. Vicina alla metro e wifi gratuito. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Proprietari molto disponibili. Adatta per famiglie o gruppi numerosi grazie anche al doppio bagno

Accomodation was not as described. Instead of one appartement it appeared to be 2 smaller ones. Splitted by general staircase with access to all. Furthermore place was old, dirty and above all unsafe.

Property was old but spacious

This is definitely not a 3 bedroom apartment as described. That description is totally inaccurate. This is 2 separate apartments whose front doors are separated by a public hallway and must be locked at night. There is no inter connection between the 2 apartments. Had I had young children, this would have posed a big problem. The main apartment has 1 bedroom, the kitchen, eating room and sitting room plus a shower and toilet. The other separate apartment has 2 interconnecting bedrroms and a shower/toilet. One bedroom has to access the toilet either through the other bedroom which is inconvenient and not necessarily possible, or via the public hallway, not a pleasant option at night. This was not described as such on the website which is most misleading in its description.
