Everything , especially the staff and the facilities, little things like detergent and washing up liquid and toaster etc

The only negative thing I would say was the lift as it could only comfortably fit 2 people and we were a family of 5.

Furnishings in the living room were not like the picture I had to complain about the standard of cleaning when we arrived as areas had not been cleaned

Wonderful location close to historic area, river, and bullring. Spacious accommodations.

It was very inconvenient for three adults staying at the apartment to have to share a single set of keys. Small things need attention like fixing a broken dining chair, the shower head and another bathroom fixture.

Lovely apartment in grreat location. There was some street noise, but this is to be expected in a city location & wasn't a problem for us.

Home was very clean, confortable and the furbiture was elegant

Spacious, nicely decorated, clean apartment. Very well located, walking distance to the most attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, always ready to assist. My mother and I really enjoyed our stay in this place))
