Presenza di cucina attrezzata, possibilità di lasciare la macchina vicino all' appartamento gratuitamente, posizione abbastanza vicina al centro (c'è una piccola salita ma fattibilissima se non si hanno particolari problemi), la gentilezza dei proprietari.
