l'appartamento in se era bello, ma essendo una struttura vecchia la pulizia andrebbe fatta accuratamente, i tappeti erano sporchi, cosi come il materasso sotto il divano. I vestiti riposti negli armadi si sono impregnati di un cattivo odore. Purtroppo non possiamo dare un giudizio positivo

This place was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures. It's big and spacious, with a great layout. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was fresh and clean and had everything I was looking for and more, even a towel warmer. The courtyard was lovely to look down into. The kitchen was small but very well equipped and practical. The washing machine is actually a washer/dryer combo, which was an excellent surprise when I went to take my clothes out to hang up. The air conditioning worked great and the shower was perfect. The location is incredible, just steps from the wall of the Royal Alcazar, and a ton of lovely shops, cafes, and restaurants while also being very quiet since it is on a side street. We even saw peacocks over the wall of the alcazar. It is off of a walk only street, so you can't get right to the door with a taxi but it isn't far at all to walk. For us it was a bit of a splurge but absolutely worth it and wouldn't hesitate to go back. FYI the way they number the floors in Spain was different to what I was used to, so it says the 2nd floor but based on what I'm used to, I would call it the third floor. There was an elevator to use for luggage, but if mobility is an issue, this might not work for you.

Location is fantastic. Great communication from host. Very quaint & quirky apartment. Spacious & bright. View over gardens very pretty.

Bed on a raised platform which was problematic for my arthritis. A handrail would be helpful. I suggest a full length mirror be placed in the hall - the daylight in the bedroom & bathroom not good for putting on makeup.

Good location and having the lift to take up the luggage.

We had no electricity when we arrived and after several calls and electrician to confirm by 9.30pm that the airconditioners were tripping the power off. Unfortunately the airconditioning problem could not be resolved during our stay. It was very uncomfortable with the heat, however Maria organised fans for us which made it more comfortable.

Really good value for money, this apartment is really beautiful and full of character in a perfect location for exploring the old town. It was well equipped and the host was really good at communicating with us. Would highly recommend.
