Nice apartment at the nice location Pretty clean but not perfectly that’s the only reason because I gave 9 out of 10. In global I would recommend this apartment for stay in Seville :)

Estando limpio es una lastima que hubiera cucarachas y no se solvento al informar al dueño... también faltaban detalles como estropajo o algún trapo...tampoco había horno

Good location, but my first suite had a sewage smell and drain flies, and the replacement was smaller, worn down, and poorly maintained. Street noise was noticeable and privacy was limited due to ineffective or missing shutters, while basic amenities and housekeeping were lacking. Overall, it felt overpriced and is best suited to travelers who only need a place to sleep.
