Suites Lumbreras

El apartamento estaba bien equipado y con buena ubicación. Pudimos llegar andando desde la estación de tren y también se podía ir paseando al centro sin problemas. En general, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario y nos resultó cómodo.

En el apartamento había un olor muy desagradable, no sabemos si debido a la humedad por la lluvia de esos días. Se lo comunicamos al contacto, que nos había pedido feedback por si había cualquier problema, pero no obtuvimos respuesta. Además, el apartamento no está bien aislado acústicamente y se escucha bastante el tráfico al pasar.

El piso tenía la ducha rota, la cafetera no funcionaba y la calefación hace fuga de aguas

Las almohadas eran bastante duras e incómodas

Единственное неудобно это нельзя выгружать с машины и парковки очень дорого) а если вы путешествуете без машины, то очень хорошо 👌🏽

Il materasso migliorabile

The location was a bit aways from the center of Seville, but that was fine with us! We were able to park our car in the street and uber to The Cathedral Area for about 10Euro each way. Much better than searching for parking and paying large parking fees. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Very CLEAN and comfortable. It was spacious as well! Although a little away from the central area from the touristy area, we found a ourselves right smack in the middle of local bars and restaurants. we took advantage and had a night out just steps away from the apartment, No noise issues even though so close to the nightlife! We travelled with our small dog and she also was quite comfortable in the apartment.

Parking is very hard to come by, but not impossible. The host was very helpful on recommending some parking places.

Ottima la posizione davvero strategica. Monolocale accogliente e tutto sommato silenzioso per essere direttamente su strada. Procedura di check in semplice e senza intoppi e referente cortese e disponibile

Materasso scomodissimo, uno dei peggiori mai trovati. Peccato. Qualche disservizio, tipo tostapane non funzionante e black out di qualche ora. Non è chiaro se fosse un problema dell'appartamento o dell'edificio. Di fatto nella casa di fianco non c'erano problemi
